  • Shipped via USPS or FedEx

  • Estimated delivery: 12–18 business days after dispatch

International

  • Estimated delivery: 15–25 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance

⚠️ Delays may occur due to customs, weather, seasonal demand, or global events.


🔍 Tracking Your Order

❌ Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase by emailing support@momentum.com with subject line:

    • “CANCEL MY ORDER”

    • “ADDRESS UPDATE”

After 24 hours (or once your order ships), we’re unable to make modifications.


🚪 Delivery Attempts

  • Carriers usually make two delivery attempts.

  • If unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us. Re-shipping fees may apply.
